Big Freeze

It won't be until about 100 billion years from now until we can't see other galaxies because they're too far away. The emptiness is another interesting aspect of this because of the stretching of space that not only is it really bland and homogeneous and disordered, but it's also very lonesome. We have some time before it gets cold and dark and empty in our universe if we're going that way.
