What Are Jet Streams?

The long term trend of the AMOC is that it's slowing down. And if you were to look at it on a graph, it would just look like a line that was going down into the right. But along the way, it might have little variations. Those are going to be due to perhaps years with more fresh water being melted or less,. maybe variations in temperature in the ocean. The path of those jet streams is dictated by high and low pressures as well as cool air and warm air.
