Cambodia's Land Titling Programs Haven't Goe Well, So We Were Sceptical

Cambodia is home to one of the largest rain forests left in the greater mekong sub region. The only reason that we thought people would want e to try and make that land state private land which could be rented or sold, would have to be for the timber extraction opportunities. But then also looking at other parts of the subdecree, it started to become a lot more clear that this was probably not the philanthropic, philanthropic gesture that they had initially suggested.
