The Role in a Team
A, ah, one of he things actually, and i have to give shet out to last an for this, but one of my favorite interviews was my value's interview. It gave me a chance to have a very authentic conversation with the person on the other side who had been trained in moderating these. And so there was something about that process that gave me confidence. I wasn't necessarly seeking ou to go back in the industry. A, you know, we talk about out access to resources, and i think that's important, but it doesn't always have to be head cound. But i'm stil not sure where the right orientation is for service design
