Catherine was a food critic at the Irish Times in Dublin. The turning point for her was reading a report that the intergovernmental panel on climate change, the IPCC, released in 2018. We heard from several people who had faced the same dilemma but no one said that they regretted their decision. Justin Kennedy told us that the job security in his new role isn't as good as it was when he was working as an oil and gas lawyer.
