"A lot of times we're trying to do something that's honorable, or at least somewhat, you know, on target, t the way we're going about it is making it worse and worse," he says. "I've often been convicted by that verse in the new testament that says we need to share the truth in love."
As guys, we like to act like we have it all together. But more times than we'd like to admit, our greatest enemy is the guy staring back at us from the mirror. Whether we're dealing with a spirit of bitterness or trying to make ourselves look better, our own arrogance and judgmental attitudes toward others often keep us from being the men God created us to be.
