One of the most difficult episodes for patients is if they go into a resection and then they found that the tumor is unresectable. And one of the reasons that happens is invasion into the diaphragm. Do you have any tips on how to look for that or how to diagnose that? That can be very hard. It can be tough. The important thing is, number one, you're aware that it's going to occur. So if it is grossly invading thediaphragm, you can make that call.
