EV Dealer Markups

The $4,000 credit for used vehicles is great, but it only applies at a dealer. You are now effectively forcing people to trade in their EVs and enabling a dealer to make a profit on it. It just kind of seems again, like we're taking more money away from the lower income bracket who could benefit the most from an EV.
