How Do You Get Your Bearings When Someone Asks You?
Preparation really helps in being natural. Most communicators start in the wrong place. 60 to 70 per cent of your presentation should be the same. To find an audience that is desperate in knowledge or experience, and they're all in the same room you need to acknowledge it. Simply by doing your work up front gives you credibility. And second, those who are expecting more information, they put on thtey're just going to wait for a little bit before you bring them the information that's relevant to them.
