The Fury at the Gladstone Gallery in Manhattan
The Fury is a new exhibit by Iranian-born photographer and filmmaker Frida Ghitis at the Gladstone Gallery in Manhattan. It's about what happens when a woman is sexually assaulted that it never becomes whole again. The story of The Fury evolves around a woman who is free in the US but unable to disconnect from the trauma of what happened to her in Iran. She has reached a point of madness, says Ghitis.
