Medicare Does Not Cover Long Term Care
Bob Greene: Medicare does not cover you for long term care. He says the facility his father is in costs $500 a day, compared to places like San Francisco or downtown Scottsdale where it would be much higher. Medicaid on the other hand is when you have no assets and qualify for a government run facility that finances healthcare for low income people.
