The Talmud Says, We Cannot Explain It, It Suffers Individuals
In the early 20th century in China, everyone died of heart attack. They didn't have any way to diagnose what a person died. So every death certificate was filled out with heart attack. There may be a correspondence, but it's impossible for us to see. But he did ask about a particular case.
