I'm a little bit over crispy fish, like meaning like seared fish anyway. If you don't have the skin on it, most of the time you're just kind of drying it out. Like I'm, I look for preparations. Bridget Washington's sambal salmon: We slow-cooked it in the sauce and didn't use frozen seafood.
