How to Drive Down the Cost of Acquiring Customers

Look for ways to drive down the cost of acquiring customers. Can there be a referral program that lowers your cost? Or can you find different ways of promoting your product that lower your cost beyond just spending advertising dollars? Look at things like product features or product packages to increase that lifetime value of the customer. And then finally, there's churn where if you can even understand churn that's a benefit. If you can decrease churn, that's great. But at least an understanding of all of these metrics will help you better manage your company and tell the story you want to tell to potential investors.
