In the fourth chape, you tell us about culinary extinct extinction. This is where a specific type of food is overly consumed and driven to be extinct. And also overtimed species could either gain or lose, or regain, for that matter, a specific taste or smell receptors throughout evolution. If you can give us one example of how a certain species lost, whether a taste or smell receptor, and why would that happen? Yesit super fascinating. I couldn't agree more on that.
