Is There a Strategy With User Generated Playlisters?

A lot of user generate play listers from 20 14 and 20 15 are still some of the bigger ones on there. But a lot of u ter generated playlisters have built those audiences up on spotify by running digital ads. Cause i don't think you're getting the organic discover a discoverability that you used to get.
