I think what we learned from Europe this last year is that we're starting to move to a completely different framework. The VPP revenues, at least in the first phase, have to be found money. Once you install these app-enabled appliances, you're fully agreeing to fund those appliances because you want them. So it's more of a dial than an up and down thing.
