Are Creole People Different From Other States?

I read in one of your bios that you were Creole and I actually had not read as someone describing themselves as a Creole person before. It never came up. Or even produce with Creole tomatoes down here. They had Creole horses at some point and things like that. That was just a way of saying that it was grown here or raised here or born here, which is where you get Creole people,. But maybe not every single Creole language came about the same.
