When I get that badly, if I don't think I would do a move, I start putting a foot down so I can let go really slowly because then it's not as painful. If the holds were good, you could at least train the movement until it was time to actually make it harder. It might be tricky to replicate in the summer because of obviously like a circulation thing. But man, it's a bit cooler, popular. That was worth it, then.
