There's an increasing thirst for people to have their own data, but also to manage services directly themselves. One of the big outcomes of digital transformation is retail, finance, travel, insurance has gone through its digital transformation. In health care, we haven't made services available for people to interact digitally with from their personal care record in their own possession. We think it's miraculous that you can book an online appointment with your doctor. But not more than three weeks ahead. It's still regarded as pretty leading edge to let a patient see the doctors data.
