The Importance of Precedent

Michael Wolraich: Amy Coney Barrett was a law professor at George Washington and Notre Dame. He says she thinks about the law like we do, but her ideology is far right, religious zealotry. She's on record saying that one, we do not need to respect the precedent of Roe v. Wade; two, she personally strongly disagrees with the decision. Kolraich: In 2013, she published an article titled precedent and jurisprudential disagreement. The same year she described Roe as creating through judicial fiat a framework for abortions on demand.
