Is It a Reversal of Economic Theory?

I think during emergency times, um, the government kind of felt, ok, the most important thing right now is for families to put food on the table. So so they must be prescribing to this e understanding of economic theory,. yet, like i think it it's probably as a, maybe not explicit, but, um, implicit, a sort of embrace of this theory. I'm curious if tere's some people with explicit con considerations around this, or to what extent it's cindo just, you know, total situation and necessity.
