This is not a science experiment, i'd have set it up as a non profit and been clear about it from the beginning, we want this to be a successful company. And here's the magic of subscription businesses, they create a very predictable revenue stream, and with a far smaller fraction of market share. With something like a one % market share, which is very small and would be considered a failure anywhere else, whe can actually be an enormously successful sas subscription company. They ultimate subscription company, finally, is casco. Most of their profit comes from the yearly membership fees that you pay. People renew their casco memberships because they like casco.
