Toyota's NCAR smart service for voice assistance exposed in data breach. Unauthorized users could have access to historical data and possibly the real-time location of 2.15 million cars. Toyota has promised to send individual apology notices to impact customers. Dish Network apparently paid ransom after recent ransomware attack.
