Is There a Difference Between a Full Fast and a Short Fast?
There's the classic 16 eight approach, which is kind of wat what jim's talking about. Other people have an even longer fasting period in a shorter eating window. And then another approach where you can just do five days a week where you're just like, lower caloried and then two days a week Where you kind of boost the calories.
