The Cathedral a Concept

I think very few people matter at all, and not much in the way that we think. Most people feel a sort of great sense of importance from kind of mattering. And so when you give people the idea that either the way in which they matter could be, or should be taken away,  they tend to react as if you'd stolen their puppy. But i don't steal anyone's puppy. I'm not a puppy stealer. You know, i understand that reaction, and i sort of feel a little bit sad about it, i guess. The dogs bark in the caravan moves on.
