Why Are Stocks So Expensive?
When I say stocks are cheap that means they're selling for less than someone would pay to buy all of it in like a private deal. When public markets are pricing things below private markets Then stocks are cheap and when they're pricing them above then they're expensive. Some net nets and others usually it's not net nets, but some stocks are cheap But they can't have a catalyst because someone controls them and has takeover protection so they can't be taken out. Those companies have a tendency to either end up being taken over by the defenses don't work or they sell out or whateveror Companies adopt them and they stay public and so they just aren't a possible target that way.
