Isometric for Tendon Pain?
Isometrics are fabulous. Fabulous for inseasond athletes. If you teach them how to do it well, they can do it and their pain at home. And the second is a good differential diagnosis. So we use it a lot for people with tenden pain. But we will also very quickly move them on to a heavy, slow resistance training program. Do you utilise ios at all?
