i think what can be troubling and disturbing for some tea natures especially, is the sense of always wondering about how many likes you're getting. You know, that when kids are already in a phase whith tour really seeking approval, an really shape how they think of themselves. So i would try to emphasize not doing that and doing something that even may seem even more boring. Like things like sitting outside watching the river, or like, you know, cleaning your room.
