Health Insurance - Is Cost Sharing the Issue?

i would love to work on redesigning the way a health insurance benefit product is designed. i feel like inelastic things that are not your choice you shouldn't be punished for and so i would play around with that  a redesign insurance product to be much more fair and also understandable because nobody knows what is co-insurance and deductible and copay and out of network benefit it's so complicated, he says.
