Do You Think Student Loans Have Risen, Fallen or Stayed the Same?

For those of you with student loans, the best course of action is to be prepared to resume payments on June 30th when the Poisson federal student loan repayments is lifted. The deals never done till the inks dry. Those payments don't resume until June 30th of 2023. We're turning our attention to the housing market. Do you think year over year, the home prices have risen, fallen or stayed the same? What do you think? Between this year and last year, better, worse, the same.
