Is almost any ab exercise acceptable, as long as you're doing it mind and you're making sure not to overstress the tissue? I think that's where most of the research really is at that point. What might be safe for me might not be safe for you or your neighbor. It depends on the amount of control that you have. If i didn't, if i had my shirt down and wasn't paying attention, i might have coning. And once people see it, like, if youre pregnant or post pardom, you probably know what i'm talking about.
