The large majority of patients with myesthenia gravis will present with some type of ocular symptom. We learn about ptosis, but they can have any type of extraocular muscle weakness or paralysis. And then it's not a question of weakness, misalign the eyes, but restriction where that inflamed muscle is not allowing the eye to move in a particular direction. So I think just adding on to the amazing kind of anatomical approach that Valeria walked us through, I think the time course will be really valuable.
