The Right and the Left Get Freedom Wrong
Right typically represents the masculine polarity. Left is all about emotions and feeling. When that gets out of balance, you get crazy radical left stuff. There's no easier way to control somebody than by controlling their basic needs. The human ego is still too big at this stage of our collective evolution to be able to give anyone authority to rule over someone or use it virtuously.
