i want to talk, really, first off, anthony, about identity. Why the focus on identity? What stands between individuals achieving or letting go of their goals in fire nation? I don't believe the gap nowadays is an information. And i think we're a lot of us fere trying to seek the the new trick and tactic and all these different things. Really, everything you are is an extension of everything you hve isan extension of who you are.

3. With beliefs so high, and thoughts trained in a positive manner, mindset is powerful. With both is in place, it’s amazing. If one is in opposition with the other, mindset will fall apart.
