Design and Decision Making in Organizational Design
The book is framed as decision making. From a design perspective, im read like. But then where is the design? I see very little design in a work that has in its title design. It's quite odd. At some point he talks at bos organization design is concerned with maintaining the coherence of these intertwined choices over time. Which to me sounds like a very processual perspective on organization design. And just for me, it doesn't really fit together.
