The Opinion on NML Capital's Relationship to Paul Singer
Sally Kohn: Sam Alito wrote an op-ed saying he didn't know that Paul Singer's hedge fund was involved in a case before the Supreme Court. She says his defense seems to be that he just accepts free private jet rides all the time from guys he doesn't even know. Kohn: Even had he known this was Paul Singer's company, no one would question his impartiality in the case.
