Even very fit people after 45 seconds of doing high quality CPR are going to start to slow down. A metronome beat 100 to 120 times per minute can really help you stay in tune with making sure you're doing the appropriate rate. We have higher quality feedback devices that exist now that will tell you things about whether or not you're compressing deep enough, compressing fast enough.
