The Leoke Program and the FBI's Data Collection Process
The Leoke program compiles, crunches and then publicly publishes data on line of duty assaults and deaths. The LYOGA program's second job is to funnel the data it collects to the FBI's Officer Safety and Awareness Training (OSAT) Each year OSAT training armed thousands of local, state, federal, and tribal law enforcement partners.
