Arlo Parks for me is one of the more consistent folks Just in terms of songwriting in this particular project. The level of self-awareness is very brave and refreshing There's a lot of beauty in the lyricism Even though the tracks themselves are just a vibe, they also have really solid lyrics. That level of poetry and internal rhyme scheme You almost miss it because the songs just go down so easy. Bruce List really struck me because it does this thing that I'm hearing a lot in music It weaves in the sounds of children And as you know, she talks about longing for the innocence of childhood.
