The Potential for Abuse of the Fourth Amendment in San Francisco
There's been kind of an anti police movement among the l gpt community in san francisco. So there might be incentive for s f p d to abuse that power. You could certainly blackmail somebody. But more importantly, it's just going to be a logistically difficult because you can't track and trail everybody using traditional police methods. There simply aren't enough officersrit but if we're getting into this world where law enforcement is able to get access to private security cameras simply for non violent offenses, we're so far beyond individualized suspicion that would justify surveillance in of law.
