Veronica gago: I think that the very interesting thing in latin america is that it is not a pacified region. The ner liberal and conservative attempts to found a new order are all the time failing. And differentmoralizations, ar prices, ar different resultsand elections are all thetime complicating this idea of a complete victory of the right win governments.
