The Importance of Weaponizing People
Do you struggle yourself with confidence? Yes. Less than ever because I'm putting more experiences in my bank of memories as to where I've managed to get out of scenarios with a positive outcome. Weirdly, I think that, like he said before, even I'm confident with life because if everything was to get taken away from me, I feel like I have the tools to build it back up. So people's abilities need to be weaponized. If you teach some of the fundamentals of sales, marketing, business operations, you could grab them out of their comfortable life and put them somewhere else in the world.
