You talk about coherence as a distinctly local phenomenon. Here's what you mean by local and why is locality of a lynchpin for coherence? Is that related to Dunbar? Yeah. So it seems like one big centralized dictatorship is releasing complexity, but it's very expensive. You can think of it as trying to get everyone aligned in a single coherence. Global markets, global coherence, more expensive, more extraction from the earth. We just don't seem to be able to enact what we already know.
