This is a thing that popped up on Reddit as like one of these fun facts. Authorities are allowed to enter any home or any vehicle if there is suspicion of foreign bees in the domicile. The real question is, what does it mean to become authorized? Which then is a much less interesting question. But this isn't about the bees. What this actually is about is like, I have tremendous, tremendous frustration at legal language.
