Do You Work Hand in Hand With Other GAs?

We work with all the major GAs here in California. So we do deal with GA's nationally also. We have marketing agreements set up with a lot of the carriers that we work with, which doesn't cut into compensation of a particular broker. The last thing we want to do is kind of put another hand in the cookie jar to complicate things. But at the end of the day, the solutions we offer kind of go deeper than just saying variable hour employee.
