The Role of the Simulator in Formula One
There's a really, really talented group of people in the simulator themselves. We'll have race engineers for the race drivers who will be operating the same as they would at the circuit. There will also be a control engineer there, they're running the control side of the systems. So it's that consistency of approach. And I can remember talking to Lewis Hamilton in 2019 and him saying you just can't understand how many people are back at the factory making all this machine work. It's such a phenomenal team sport.
