The Last 40 Years Have Not Been So Easy for Investors

Everyone says the last 40 years have been so easy look at the return since 2000 stocks are up 6% per year that's the S&P bonds are up 4% per year cash is like 1.4 and inflation has been low That's over 23 year period call it through 930 Look at the previous 20 year period when stocks at 16% bonds that eight cashed in seven I think a lot of that was just the 80s and 90s And people think it's been easy because we had a 10-year bull market We've had 250% crashes in the stock market at the beginning of this centuryWe've just had two bear markets in three years that has not happened since the
