Donald J. Trump is charged with felony violations of our national security laws, as well as participating in a conspiracy to obstruct justice. The indictment was unsealed Friday afternoon by special counsel Jack Smith. In a moment, I'm going to be joined by a Slate senior writer, Mark Tosef Stern, to sort through that indictment. Later on in the show, we're going to go beyond our initial quick-turn reactions and analysis of Thursday's big voting rights act case.
