The song was originally written in four, four and thre sevatn. The spaces that they take, i like to consider them gospel. So if i replaced that lyric, it would still be daba, dam, bam, bam. That's what syncopates the melody. I've never really said it out loud, cause, you know, as we get older, i think we become masters at whatever trade we're in. And for me, i hadn't really thought of myself that way, that i am now, like a master at what i do.
